The refund policy for Full-Time Players

Once the season has started, the refund will be:
- at the club executive's discretion and
- only if the player:
- had a season-ending event (e.g. severe injury, moving, etc) and
- the coach was notified so they could find a replacement and
- a maximum of:
[ (what the player paid) - (the EODSA's portion) ] *[games left] / [total games]
The base EODSA player registration fee is non-refundable after the season starts.
Goalkeepers may qualify for a rebate which is reimbursed at the conclusion of the season. The president and club treasurer will approve all goalkeeper rebates.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to the club registrar or in an email to the club email address shown at the bottom of this page.
Refund requests will be processed by the club within 30 days. All refund requests must be submitted to the club within 30 days of the last scheduled game.
